This bottom to top tour takes you from the auxiliary generator and the Light Keepers workshop in the basement of the Keeper’s Quarters to the beacon in the lantern room of the lighthouse tower. After a long summer of not updating due to some technical issues, and the boat house needed some repairs before it was safe to move, we are happy to announce that it will be moving this week. Updates should hopefully coming more frequently. Stay tuned.

After being on hiatus the blog is now back up and running, and just in time for our busy summer season. Stay tuned for news of our upcoming Junior Ranger program, Art Show, Barefoot Black Tie, and many others. Also this summer track the progress of the moving of the boat house and the beginning of construction on the new lens structure.
